- Experience: Three years post-qualification experience (with the PG Degree option); experience should have been gained after acquiring the minimum essential qualification
- Age limit: Maximum 40 years (as on date of Walk-In-Interview i.e. date of interview)
- Age relaxation: SC/ST/OBC/PWD As per government rules
- Post Graduate Degree in Public Health/Epidemiology/Health Management, including the integrated PG Degrees, with three years post-qualification experience, or PhD.

Rs. 67,000 + 20% HRA = Rs. 80,400 per month.
