- Doctoral Degree/ Ph.D in Genetics & Plant Breeding, or
- Master's degree in Genetics & Plant Breeding with 4/5 years of Bachelor's Degree having 1st division or equivalent overall grade point average with at least 3 years of respective teaching/research experience as evidenced from Fellowship/Associateship/Training/Other engagements, Published one research paper in Science Citation Index (SCI)/NAAS rated (>4.0) Journal.
- There are 2 posts of Research Associate (RA). The post is purely temporary, for 11 months from the date of joining. Candidates must meet one of the following educational qualifications:
- Candidates having a Post-graduate degree in Basic Sciences with 3 years Bachelor's degree and 2 years Master's degree should have NET qualification. All the relevant degrees should be completed in ICAR accredited Universities/Colleges.
- A Doctoral Degree/Ph.D in Genetics & Plant Breeding, or a Master's degree in Genetics & Plant Breeding with the Bachelor's, experience and publication conditions given in the notice. All relevant degrees must be from ICAR accredited Universities/Colleges.

## Pay

Yes. HRA is given as per the existing state Govt. rates applicable in various places/locations, in addition to the monthly pay.
