- Research Associate (RA): PhD route or M.E./M.Tech. route (see below)
- Project Associate-I: B. Tech./M.Sc. in Electronics/Physics with Electronics / 4 Years B.Sc. in Electronics/Physics
- PhD or equivalent in Electronics/Physics (with specialization in Electronics) with at least three SCI papers on HEMT, or M.E./M.Tech. with valid NET and/or GATE score, 3 years of relevant research experience and at least one SCI paper.
- B. Tech./M.Sc. in Electronics/Physics with Electronics / 4 Years B.Sc. in Electronics/Physics.

## Pay
