- Lab Technician (all four programmes): SSLC or equivalent pass and 3-year diploma in medical laboratory technology run by the Karnataka State Paramedical Board, OR Second PUC pass in Science with a 2-year diploma; Karnataka State Paramedical Board registration
- Nursing Officer (MHU): GNM Nursing or B.Sc Nursing; registered with Karnataka Nursing Council
- Female Nursing Officer (MH), (CH) and (ICU/HDU): General Nursing Diploma from an institution recognised by the Karnataka Government; compulsory Karnataka Nursing Council registration
- Nursing Officer (PM-ABHIM): B.Sc or Diploma in Nursing; compulsory Karnataka Nursing Council registration
- Nursing Officer (NP-NCDs): General Nursing Diploma and Nursing Council registration
- Psychiatric Nurse: B.Sc in nursing or equivalent degree from an institution recognized by Karnataka Nursing Council of India; if not available, General Nursing can be considered
- Primary Health Safety Officer (PHCO) (Namma Clinic and Maternal Health): Primary Health Safety Officer training only from ANM institutions recognised by the Karnataka Government; Karnataka Nursing Council registration
- Psychologist: Essential: Master's Degree in Child Psychology from RCI (Rehabilitation Council of India) recognized institute
- Audiologist/Speech Therapist: Essential: Bachelor's Degree in Speech and Language Pathology from RCI (Rehabilitation Council of India) recognized institute
- Optometrist: Essential: Bachelor in Optometry or Master in Optometry from any recognized university
- X-Ray Technician: 10th (SSLC) and Diploma in X-ray/Medical Imaging Technology from an institution affiliated to RUGHS or approved by the Karnataka paramedical board; OR 10+2 (PUC) with Science (Physics, Chemistry and Biology) and the same diploma
- Physiotherapist: Degree in Physiotherapy (B.P.T)
