- Eye Specialist: MBBS degree from an institute recognised by Medical Council of India with P.G degree in Opthalmology from any recognised University/ institute.
- Anaesthesiologist: MBBS degree from an institute recognised by Medical Council of India with P.G degree in Anaesthesiology from any recognised University/ institute.
- Orthopaedic Specialist: MBBS degree from an institute recognised by Medical Council of India with P.G degree in Orthopaedic from any recognised University/ institute.
- Surgery Specialist: MBBS degree from an institute recognised by Medical Council of India with PG degree in MS- Surgery from any recognise University/institute.
- GDMO (General Duty Medical Officer): MBBS degree from an institute recognised by Medical Council of India.
- Candidates applying for GDMO posts must possess an MBBS degree from an institute recognised by the Medical Council of India.
- Yes, but candidates already working in the Health department on regular or contractual basis must submit a "No Objection Certificate" from their employer at the time of interview.
