- Deputy Estate Manager: Officers holding analogous posts or Senior Assistant Estate Manager or equivalent posts in Estate Div. in scale Rs. 10750-16750 with 4 years' service in the grade in a Major Port Trust; Degree with PG degree/diploma in Architecture/Town & Country Planning or Degree in Civil Engineering, or Corporate Membership of Institution of Surveyors (India)
- Senior Assistant Estate Manager: Officers holding analogous posts or Asstt. Estate Manager, Gr.I or equivalent posts in Estate Division in scale Rs.9100-15100 with 5 years' service in the grade in a Major Port Trust; Degree with PG degree/diploma in Architecture/Town & Country Planning or Degree in Civil Engineering, or Corporate Membership of Institution of Surveyors (India)
- Degree with a Post Graduate degree/diploma in Architecture/Town & Country Planning or Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognised University/Institution or Corporate Membership of Institution of Surveyors (India); officers of Major Ports holding analogous or feeder posts in Estate discipline with 4 or 5 years' service in the grade. The requirement for each post is in the eligibility table above.

## Pay

It depends on the post: Rs. 60000-180000 (Pre to pre-revised Rs. 13000-18250) for Deputy Estate Manager, Rs. 50000-160000 (Pre to pre-revised Rs. 10750-16750) for Senior Assistant Estate Manager.
