- Degree: BE / B.Tech (Biomedical / Electronics & Instrumentation / Electronics & Communication / Medical Electronics) or M.Sc (Biomedical Instrumentation)
- OR Diploma: Diploma in Biomedical / Electronics & Instrumentation / other equivalent qualification as per requirement
- BE/B.Tech/M.Sc holders: minimum 1 year of post-qualification experience.
- Diploma holders: minimum 7 years of post-qualification experience.
- For both, the experience must be in executing assigned activities at government hospitals, medical colleges and similar institutes, including surveys, technical documentation, tender support, inspections and project follow-up, in line with government procurement rules.
- The notice states that the cut-off date for age is the same as the cut-off date for calculating qualification and post-qualification experience. SC/ST/OBC/PwD candidates are eligible for relaxation as per Government of India directives; the notice does not print the relaxation amounts.
