## Eligibility

- Research Associate: Doctoral Degree: Ph.D. in the relevant subject; OR Master's degree in the relevant subject with 4/5 years of Bachelor's degree having 1st division or 60% marks or equivalent overall grade point average; With Master's degree: at least three years of research experience as evidenced from Fellowship/ Associateship/ Training/other engagements (F. No. 2-9/2012-HRD dated 25.04.2014); With Master's degree: one research paper in Science Citation Index (SCI) / NAAS rated (>=4.0) Journal as per OM SR/S9/Z-09/2018 of DST dated 30.01.2019
- Young Professional-I: Graduate in Veterinary Science /B.Sc. Biotechnology/ Microbiology
- Research Associate: Ph.D. in the relevant subject, or Master's degree in the relevant subject with at least three years of research experience and one SCI / NAAS rated (>=4.0) research paper. Young Professional-I: Graduate in Veterinary Science / B.Sc. Biotechnology / Microbiology. The requirement for each post is in the eligibility table above.

## Pay

It depends on the post: ₹67,000 per month + HRA (for Ph.D. degree holders); ₹61,000 per month + HRA (for Master's degree holders) for Research Associate, ₹ 30,000 per month for Young Professional-I.
