## Eligibility

- For both posts, Post-Graduation in Business Management, Development Studies, Rural Management, Accounts, Economics or related fields, or a professional qualification such as CA/ICWA or equivalent. The Project Lead needs a minimum of 12–15 years of relevant experience. The Business Manager needs a minimum of three (03) years.

## Pay

The Project Lead gets up to ₹10,00,000 per annum consolidated, and the Business Manager gets up to ₹12,00,000 per annum consolidated. Both are subject to applicable project norms and approval.

## Selection process

1. Selection is through screening of applications followed by a personal interview/e-interview. Applications are screened on the prescribed eligibility criteria, qualifications, relevant experience and supporting documents. Only shortlisted candidates are called for the interview. Selected personnel need OLM approval before formal onboarding. The notice gives no interview date.
