- Strong fundamentals in Finite Element Methods (FEM).
- Hands-on experience writing sub-routines in ABAQUS.
- Hands-on experience on CFRP composite laminate modeling, fracture models, nonlinear buckling and collapse simulations in ABAQUS.
- The essential qualification is B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Ocean Engineering, Mechanical, Aerospace, Applied Mechanics, Computational Engineering, or allied fields with a strong academic record.

## Pay

The emoluments are Rs. 37,000/- + HRA in Years 1–2 and Rs. 42,000/- + HRA in Year 3.

## Selection process

1. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview as per IMU norms. Selected candidates will be intimated by e-mail for an offline/online interview. No TA/DA shall be paid for the offline interview. The decision of the selection committee will be final. The interview date is not specified in the notice.
