In the last column, "Women" means the post is reserved for women of that category and "Mukt" means it is not reserved for women within that category. - By category, the 23 posts are: ST 16, UR 3, OBC 3 and SC 1. Of these, 11 posts are reserved for women and 12 are Mukt. - Passing the minimum Higher Secondary examination, i.e. 12th pass, is mandatory (10th pass for SC and ST). - For the Rozgar Sahayak post in the Bastar and Surguja divisions, the order of priority of educational qualification is: 1. 12th pass, 2. 10th pass, 3. 8th pass. - The applicant must be a resident of the gram panchayat for which the application is made. - Live registration in the Employment Office is mandatory, and the registration certificate must be attached. - 12th pass is required (10th pass for SC and ST). For the Bastar and Surguja divisions, the priority order is 12th pass, then 10th pass, then 8th pass. ## Pay The honorarium is a fixed monthly consolidated amount of Rs. 9960 per month, and no other allowance is payable. ## Selection process 1. If no SC/ST woman candidate is available, a male candidate of the same category may be selected. 2. In gram panchayats from which no applications of eligible candidates are received, a candidate of the same category living in a nearby gram panchayat (within Janpad Panchayat Bijapur) may be selected according to merit. 3.
