- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University or institute, and ten years' experience in hydrology, planning, investigation, design or construction and execution of water resources development projects; officer holding an analogous post on regular basis, or with five years' regular service in Level-11 (Rs.67700-208700/-).
