## Eligibility

- Senior Associate (Technical): Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University / Institute; 2-9 years experience in DPR appraisal, design review, construction supervision, contract management, quality control of highway/bridge/tunnel projects
- Senior Associate (Human Resources): MBA in HR or equivalent from a recognized University / Institute; 2-9 years experience in HR matters
- Senior Associate (Legal): LLB / LLM or Graduate / Postgraduate Degree in Law from a recognized University / Institute; 2-9 years experience in legal matters
- Senior Associate (Information Technology): B.E./B.Tech. in Computer Science / IT / Networks / Electronics & Communication or M.Tech. in Cyber Security / Network Management or MCA from a recognized University / Institute; 2-9 years experience in IT matters
- Technical: Degree in Civil Engineering; HR: MBA in HR or equivalent; Legal: LLB / LLM or Graduate / Postgraduate Degree in Law; IT: B.E./B.Tech. in CS / IT / Networks / ECE or M.Tech. in Cyber Security / Network Management or MCA. All posts need 2-9 years relevant post-qualification experience and at least 2 years (730 days) in the National Highways Sector. The requirement for each post is in the eligibility table above.

## Pay

It depends on the post: ₹80,000 – ₹1,50,000 per month for Senior Associate (Technical), ₹80,000 – ₹1,50,000 per month for Senior Associate (Human Resources), ₹80,000 – ₹1,50,000 per month for Senior Associate (Legal), ₹80,000 – ₹1,50,000 per month for Senior Associate (Information Technology).
