- Deputy Manager (Mechanical Erection): B.E./B.Tech Degree in Mechanical/Production with at least 60% marks from a recognized University/Institution. Minimum 10 years of post-qualification executive experience in Power/Steel/Refinery/Fertilizer/Oil & Gas/Cement sector out of which a minimum of 3 years site experience in Erection/Maintenance/Commissioning in Mechanical area.
- Deputy Manager (C&I Erection): B.E./B.Tech Degree in Electronics & Communication/Instrumentation with at least 60% marks from a recognized University/Institution. Minimum 10 years of post-qualification executive experience in Power/Steel/Refinery/Fertilizer/Oil & Gas/Cement sector out of which a minimum of 3 years site experience in Erection/Maintenance/Commissioning in C&I area.
- Deputy Manager (Civil Construction): B.E./B.Tech Degree in Civil/Construction with at least 60% marks from a recognized University/Institution. Minimum 10 years of post-qualification executive experience in Power/Steel/Refinery/Fertilizer/Oil & Gas/Cement sector out of which a minimum of 3 years site experience in Civil Construction.
- Candidates must possess a B.E. or B.Tech degree in the relevant engineering branch with at least 60% marks, along with the specified post-qualification executive and site experience.
