## Eligibility

- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, OR Diploma of minimum 03 years duration in Electrical Engineering, as a full-time regular course from a Government recognized Institute/College/University/Deemed University.
- Minimum 25 years of working experience in any PSU under MoP&NG on permanent basis, out of which a minimum of 6/7 years in managing electrical engineering operations.
- Candidates with the requisite experience in liaison and administration will be given preference.
- Must have retired at least from the post of Grade C (Superintending Engineer) or equivalent post from OIL or from any other PSU under MoP&NG.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a Diploma of minimum 03 years in Electrical Engineering (full-time regular course) is required. The candidate must also have retired at least from Grade C (Superintending Engineer) or equivalent in OIL or another PSU under MoP&NG.

## Pay

The monthly honorarium is Rs. 1,00,000/-, lump-sum and inclusive of local conveyance, telephone and internet expenses. A daily allowance of ₹ 1,600/- per day is paid on domestic official tours.
