## Eligibility

- Stenographer: Retired employee of the Civil Courts; Requisite experience and proficiency in shorthand and typing
- Clerk: Retired employee of the Civil Courts; Adequate knowledge and experience of clerical and judicial office work
- Peon/Orderly: Retired employee of the Civil Courts; Capable of performing the duties attached to the post
- Retired employees of the Civil Courts who retired within the preceding three years (as per Patna High Court guidelines), with satisfactory service records. Stenographer: experience and proficiency in shorthand and typing. Clerk: knowledge and experience of clerical and judicial office work. Peon/Orderly: capable of performing the duties of the post.
