## Eligibility

- Essential qualification: AMIE or Full-Time/Part-Time B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized University / Institution approved by AICTE.
- Experience: the applicant should have retired from E-8 level or above (IDA Pay Scale 1,20,000 – 3% – 2,80.000/- as printed).
- Experience: minimum 15 years of experience in Civil work related to the construction of Hydro Power Projects in CPSU/State PSUs.
- Age limit: not more than 64 years as on 06.11.2026.
- Compensation: consolidated monthly compensation/honorarium of Rs. 105,000/- per month.
- Other benefits, namely Conveyance, Mobile charges reimbursement, HRA, Leaves etc., shall be as per the THDCIL Associate Scheme.
- Term: THDCIL is looking to engage Associates for a period of one year, which can be extended up to 2 years on mutual consent.
