Preference will be given to candidates who have served in the Territorial Army for a minimum period of two years or have obtained a ‘B’ Certificate from the National Cadet Corps (NCC). - Candidates must have passed the Intermediate examination from the Board of Secondary Education, Uttar Pradesh, or an equivalent examination recognized by the Government. They must also possess a three-year Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Maintenance Trade from a government institution or an institution recognized by the Government. - Diploma in Automobile Engineering or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized polytechnic institute is required. - 3-year Diploma in Automobile Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (Automobile) from a recognized polytechnic institute. - Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a university established by law in India, a diploma awarded by the Board of Technical Education, Uttar Pradesh, or a diploma in Mechanical Engineering awarded by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). - A degree in Science from a recognized institution or university. - Candidates must have passed the High School Examination or an equivalent examination recognized by the Uttar Pradesh Board of High School and Intermediate Education and possess a three-year Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from the Board of Technical Education, Uttar Pradesh, or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Government.
