- TA/DA will be payable equivalent to the entitlement of Grade-IV employees as mentioned in CCS HAU TA Rules of the University. However, no TA/DA will be payable for appearing in the interview.
Interview Details
- The interview will be held on 22-10-2026, at 10:00 am in the office of Director of Research, CCS HAU, Hisar. Original Certificates will be required to produce/shown at the time of interview (along with certified true copies or original certificates to be submitted to the University).
Documents Required
- Prescribed application proforma (Annexure A)
- Attested passport size photograph
- Original certificates and certified true copies of educational qualifications
- Experience certificates (if any)
- NOC from Dean PGS (for Ph.D. students at the time of interview)
- Medical certificate of fitness from the CMO of the University (at the time of joining, if selected)
CCS HAU Young Professional-II (YP-II) Important Instructions
- The appointment is temporary up to 31-3-2027 and maximum duration of engagement of YP-II is three years (1+1+1+1)/duration of the post, whichever is earlier.
- Selected candidate can leave or services can be terminated at any time by giving one month notice or one-month emoluments in lieu thereof.
- Ph.D. students have to produce NOC from the Dean PGS at the time of interview.
- The engagement of YP-II in the project will be full time and will not be allowed to do any other work or to accept or hold another appointment.
- Selected candidate must report for duty within 15 days of issue of order of appointment.
- Selected candidate will be required to execute an agreement on a Non-judicial Stamped paper of Rs. 15/- before joining.
- Selected candidate will not be a regular employee of the University and will not be entitled to any CPF/GPF or other benefits.
