- Each question has five options and carries one mark. One-fourth of a mark will be deducted for every wrong answer. Nothing is deducted for unanswered questions. For Gender Specialist and Specialist in Financial Literacy, 5 marks will be added for a postgraduate degree in a subject relevant to the post.
DHEW Jangaon Important Instructions
- A candidate may apply for one post only. The written examinations under Notifications No.04/CHL/2026, No.05/CH/2026 and No.06/DHEW/2026 are held at the same hour on the same day, restricting candidates to apply under only one of them.
- Candidates must report to the examination venue by 9.00 AM with the hall ticket, original identity card, and all original certificates. No candidate will be admitted after 9.45 AM.
- Mobile phones, calculators, and other electronic devices are strictly prohibited inside the examination hall.
- Local candidates of Jangaon District as per the Telangana Public Employment Order 2018 will be selected first in order of merit. Non-local candidates will be considered only when no local candidate is eligible.
- Engagement is on a contract basis with the Collector and Chairperson of the Hub for one year at a time (up to 31.03.2027 in the first instance) and confers no right to regularisation.
- Canvassing in any form or furnishing false certificates will lead to disqualification, removal at any stage, and liability to prosecution.

How to Apply for DHEW Jangaon Recruitment 2026
- Obtain the application form provided in Annexure I of the notification and fill it in the candidate's own handwriting.
- Paste a recent passport-size photograph at the top right and sign across it.
- Gather self-attested copies of required certificates including SSC certificate, qualification certificates and marks memos, experience certificates with appointment orders and proof of payment, study certificates from Class I to VII (or residence certificate), community certificate, certificate of disability (if applicable), and identity proof along with two passport size photographs.
- Hand over the completed application at the Inward Section of the Collectorate, Integrated District Offices Complex, Jangaon, between 09.10.2026 and 14.10.2026 (10.30 AM to 5.00 PM on working days and up to 1.00 PM on Saturday, 10.10.2026).
- Alternatively, send the application by registered post or speed post to reach the Collectorate by 5.00 PM on 14.10.2026, ensuring the cover is superscribed with the name of the post.
- Collect the hall ticket across the counter upon receipt of application (or at the venue help desk between 8.30 AM and 9.15 AM on exam day for postal applicants).
