DLSA Member Important Instructions
- The Permanent Lok Adalat shall sit on every Wednesday in a week from 4:00 pm onwards in the respective office of the Ld. District & Sessions Judge.
- The Permanent Lok Adalats have jurisdiction to settle and determine disputes or causes falling within specific subject matters such as transport services, postal/telegraph/telephone services, supply of power/light/water, public conservancy or sanitation, hospital/dispensary services, and insurance services.
- Applications will only be received during office hours between the specified start and end dates.
- Applicants must ensure they possess knowledge of both English and Bengali languages.
- Only retired government servants or social workers who are Indian citizens aged 65 years or below may apply.
- Applications submitted after 12th October, 2026 at 5:00 pm will not be accepted.
- Correspondence or submission must be directed to the District Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Gomati District: Udaipur.
