Eligibility Criteria
- Labour Welfare Superintendent: Graduation Degree of recognized University or equivalent., Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Social Work or Labour Welfare or Industrial Relations or Personnel Management or in any other allied subject of recognized University/Institution or equivalent.
Salary / Stipend
- The appointee will be paid remuneration on selection as per 7th CPC (i.e. initial pay at the Level-7-Rs. 44900+Variable DA). No other benefits applicable to the regular Municipal employees shall be admissible to the appointee (s) on selection.
