OR Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology or equivalent with a minimum of 75% marks in aggregate or 8.0 CGPA on a 10-point scale or equivalent. |
- Applicants in the final year of their Master’s programme who have submitted their dissertation/thesis but do not have their final-semester results by the application deadline may apply for the JRF position, provided they submit the results by 30th November 2026.

Written Test and Interview
- Only the shortlisted candidates will be informed about the written examination and interview schedule via email. The syllabus for the written examination in the respective disciplines is as per their GATE/NET curriculum. Candidates who have qualified GATE/NET or any other national level examination are exempted from the written examination.
