Important Instructions for RMS CET 2026 Candidates
- Only one application can be submitted per candidate, and it cannot be withdrawn once submitted.
- The medical examination hospital selected during registration cannot be changed later; medical exams are conducted only at the nominated Military Hospitals listed in the prospectus.

- Upload the required photograph, signature, thumb impression, and certificates in the prescribed format and file size.
- Pay the applicable application fee online via credit card, debit card, net banking, or UPI.
- Review all entered details carefully, then submit the form.
- Download and save the confirmation page/printout for future reference.
