- Certificates & Mark sheets of required qualification
- Caste/Category certificate, wherever applicable
- Experience Certificate(s) and Service Certificate issued by parent organization for retired employees
- Photo Identity Proof (Voter ID / Aadhaar Card / Passport / Driving License etc.)
- NOC from present employer, if employed under PSUs/Autonomous Bodies/Govt. Department
- A Self-Certificate that he/she has not separated due to Voluntary Retirement
SAIL Consultant (Sports Coach) Important Instructions
- The engagement is purely of temporary nature on a tenure basis for a period of one year, extendable twice up to a maximum of three years.
- Ex-employees separated through Voluntary Retirement are not considered for engagement.
- TA/DA for attending the interview is not admissible.
- Selected coaches shall give their services in emergent conditions even beyond normal working hours without extra remuneration.
- Income Tax/GST shall be dealt in terms of applicable provisions under the Income Tax/GST Act.
- The engagement can be terminated by giving one month's notice by either party or forthwith under conditions like poor performance, medical unfitness, or moral turpitude.
