Salary / Pay Scale
- The selected retired employee will receive an honorarium calculated by deducting the pension amount from the last pay drawn for the corresponding post.

Who Can Apply?
- The recruitment is intended for eligible employees who have retired from the District Court establishment and satisfy the conditions prescribed in the notification.

Engagement Period

Eligibility and Service Record Conditions

- Selection will be based on the applicant's previous conduct and Annual Confidential Reports.
- No criminal or civil case should be pending or registered against the applicant.
- The applicant must be medically fit to perform the assigned duties.
- A candidate can apply for only one post.
Terms of Appointment
- The appointment will be completely temporary.
- The engagement may be terminated without prior notice if the selected employee's service is found unsatisfactory.
- The appointment does not create a right to permanent or regular employment.
- The engagement will end when the post is filled regularly, the contractual period ends or the candidate reaches the prescribed age limit.
