CMD/TDB/03 /2026 dated October 17 , 2026 are hereby amended as given in the table below. Clause s /Condition s Amended Clause s Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Electronics & Communication/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering, OR MCA, OR M.Sc. (Computer Science/Information Technology) Must be from a recognised university/institution obtained through a regular (full - time) course. Desirable: Professional certification in project management - PMP/ PgMP/ PRINCE2 and/or Agile certification (CSM/SAFe/PMI - ACP).
