My Documents
Keep every document a form asks for in one place: marksheets, category certificates, ID proof, photo and signature. Your files stay in your own Google Drive or on your device, never on our server.

How your documents stay private
- Not on our server. Files go from your device to your own Google Drive, or stay in your browser. We never receive or store them.
- Only you can open them. Drive files are private to your Google account.
- Smallest permission. The site can only see files it created, in the folder “Sarkari Result Hub - My Documents”. You can remove access any time from your Google account.
- Official copies: for marksheets and certificates issued digitally, DigiLocker is the government's own free locker.
Frequently asked questions
Are my documents uploaded to this website?
No. With Google Drive they go straight from your phone or computer into your own Google Drive. With This device only they stay in your browser. Our server never receives them.
Can anyone else open my documents?
No. Files in your Google Drive are private to your Google account. The View link opens Google Drive, which asks for your sign-in, so a copied link does not work for anyone else.
Can this website see the rest of my Google Drive?
No. The site asks Google only for permission to see the files it creates. Your other photos and files stay hidden from it. You can remove the permission any time in your Google account settings.
What happens if I clear my browser?
Files saved with Google Drive are safe in your Drive. Files saved with This device only are deleted, so keep the originals.
Where do I get a document I have lost?
Many boards and states put marksheets and certificates on DigiLocker, the government's free document app. For others, apply on the official website of your board, university or district office.
