- No Objection Certificate, if employed from the present employer/relieving orders of all previous employers

AMU Important Instructions
- Separate Application Forms must be filled for each post detailed under a different Serial Number of the advertisement.
- Hard copies will not be received after 21.10.2026 (04:00 P.M.), and the university is not responsible for postal delays.
- No separate Notice/Interview letter will be issued to candidates; interviews will take place on 31.10.2026 as per the notified schedule.
- Candidates must bring originals of all documents for verification at the time of interview, failing which they will not be allowed to appear.
- Incomplete Application Forms or applications on plain paper will not be entertained and will be summarily rejected.
- The request for including any document(s)/information in the Application Form after the last date of submission shall not be entertained.
- The University reserves the right to alter, insert, make corrections, or cancel the advertisement in full or part without assigning any reason.
- The University reserves the right to restrict applicants to be called for interview based on rules/criteria.
- Only persons with relevant disability of a minimum extent of 40% may apply for posts earmarked under PwD categories with the required disability certificate.

- Fill out the Application Form in the Online Mode.
- Pay the non-refundable processing fee of Rs. 500/- online (PwD candidates are exempted upon uploading an authentic Disability Certificate).
- Take a printout of the PDF file of the Application Form on A-4 Size paper after successful submission.
- Append your signature and paste a front-facing recent photograph at the designated place on the Application Form.
- Attach self-attested copies of all relevant documents and certificates.
