Salary / Pay Scale
- The selected candidate for the Teaching Assistant post will receive a consolidated monthly remuneration of Rs. 37,000/- plus House Rent Allowance (HRA).
Eligibility Criteria
- Teaching Associate: Ph.D. in the relevant subject of Food Processing Technology OR Master's degree in Food Technology / Food Science and Technology / Food Processing Technology / Food Technology and Management having first division or 60% marks or its equivalent grade, and B.Tech. (Food Technology) of 4/5 years having first division or 60% marks or its equivalent overall grade point average. Must have at least 3 years of respective teaching/ research experience as evidenced from Fellowship/ Associateship /Training /Other engagements, and published one research paper in Science Citation Index (SCI) / NAAS rated (>=4.0) Journal.
- Teaching Assistant: Master's degree in Food Technology / Food Science and Technology / Food Processing Technology / Food Technology and Management having first division or 60% marks or its equivalent grade, and B.Tech. (Food Technology) of 4/5 years having first division or 60% marks or its equivalent overall grade point average.
Salary / Stipend
- Teaching Associate: Rs.61,000/- + HRA for Masters Degree holders / Rs.67,000/- + HRA for Ph.D. Degree holders
- Teaching Assistant: Rs.37,000/- + HRA
