Age Limit
- Age relaxation is provided as per Government norms for SC/ST candidates, with an upper age limit of 40 years for men and 45 years for women generally.
Posts and Eligibility
- The recruitment is for 1 temporary post of Research Associate (RA) in Agro-Meterology/Agronomy to work in Gramin Krishi Mousam Seva at Regional Agricultural Research Station, Lam, Guntur. The position is temporary for 11 months from the date of joining.
- Qualifications: Doctoral Degree/ Ph.D in Agro-Meterology/Agronomy (preferable); or Master's degree in Agro-Meterology/Agronomy with 4/5 years of Bachelor's degree having 1st division or equivalent overall point average with at least 3 years of respective teaching/research experience as evidenced from Fellowship/Associateship/Training/Other engagements, published one research paper in Science Citation Index (SCI)/NAAS rated (>4.0) Journal. Candidates having Post-graduate degree in Basic Sciences with 3 years Bachelor's degree and 2 years Master's degree should have NET qualification. All relevant degrees should be completed if any in ICAR accredited Universities/Colleges.
- Age Limit: Not exceeding 40 years for men and 45 years for women. Age relaxation is applicable as per Government norms for SC/ST candidates.

What Happens on the Day
- Eligible candidates are requested to attend the walk-in interview on 22.10.2026 at 10:30 a.m. directly with bio-data and two sets of Xerox copies of educational qualifications along with originals. No TA/DA is admissible for attending the interview. The decision of the selection committee is final and binding in all respects.
