How to Apply for JU Finance Officer
- Pay the application fee of Rs. 500 as indicated on the JU website. From within India, the options are net banking, debit / credit / Rupay card, or a challan for cash payment at SBI branches. Use any one of them.
- Keep the printout of the payment receipt or challan. The payment link closes at 4.00 p.m. on 25.11.2026.
- Prepare seven hard copies of the complete application form (the notice also says one original and seven photocopies), with all enclosures including attested or self-attested photocopies of all certificates and testimonials (in a single copy).
- Write the name of the post applied for and the Advertisement Number on the envelope.
- Send the application by post under Certificate of Posting, preferably by Registered Post, to: Vice-Chancellor, Jadavpur University, Aurobindo Bhavan, 188, Raja S.C. Mallick Road, Jadavpur, Kolkata – 700 032.
- Alternatively, hand it in at the Information Office on any working day between 11.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m.
