Where and How to Send
- Interested candidates must submit their application in the prescribed format by email to [email protected] latest by 25/10/2026. Candidates are also required to bring all original certificates and documents along with two sets of biodata, self-attested copies of educational qualifications, degree/provisional certificate, 10th pass certificate for age proof, experience certificates, and two passport-size photographs to the interview or through Video Conference as decided by ANIIDCO.
Posts, Eligibility and Pay
- Educational Qualification: Graduate in Political Science/Public Administration with a minimum of 03 (three) years of post-qualification experience in Public Administration, Government Liaison, Protocol and VIP Coordination, Event Coordination, Official Communication and private secretary work. Experience in handling official correspondence, public relations, Private Secretary work and computer knowledge is required.
- Age Limit: Below 35 years. Crucial date for determining age and eligibility is the last date prescribed for receipt of applications (25/10/2026).
ANIIDCO Consultant (Public Relations Officer) Job Description
- Responsible for Public Relations coordination Departments, preparation and dissemination of press releases, official communications and publicity material.
- Coordination of media interactions, meetings, events and public outreach programmes.
- Monitoring media coverage and maintaining media relations.
- Providing assistance in enhancing the public image and visibility of ANIIDCO.

Important Instructions
- The engagement shall initially be for a period of 01 (one) year, extendable by 01 year at a time subject to satisfactory performance and continuing requirement, up to a maximum tenure of 05 (five) years.
- The consultant shall perform duties assigned by the Competent Authority from time to time.
- No TA/DA shall be paid for attending the Walk-in Interview in person.
- ANIIDCO reserves the right to withdraw or cancel the selection process at any stage.
- The number of positions/posts for consultants is subject to change as decided by the Corporation.
