Remuneration and Benefits
- Selected candidates receive a consolidated contractual fee of ₹50,000/- per month. For posting in Units, accommodation will be provided as per entitlement subject to availability of quarters; for posting in Corporate Office, Regional Office, or Zonal Office, ₹10,000/- per month shall be provided for accommodation. On successful completion of one year, candidates are eligible for an annual increment of 5%. Additional benefits include IPD medical facility for self only, 20 days non-encashable leave per year, Provident Fund as per the EPF Act, travel allowance as per E-2 level rules, and maternity leave as per Government of India rules.

- Qualification: Full-time Engineering Degree in Chemical Engineering, Cement Technology / Cement Engineering, Ceramic Engineering, Materials Science & Engineering, Mineral Process Engineering, Process Engineering, Industrial Chemistry Engineering, or Petrochemical Engineering; OR M.Sc. in Chemistry (General, Applied, Industrial), Materials Science, or Cement Technology; OR Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Cement Technology, or Process Engineering from a recognized institution; OR AMIE (enrolment up to 31.05.2013) in equivalent grade/branch.
- Experience: Mandatory 05 years of post-qualification experience, out of which 03 years must be in the Cement Industry. Candidates with an M.Sc. require an additional 1 year, and Diploma holders require an additional 3 years of post-qualification experience beyond the minimum criteria.

Important Instructions
- The appointment is purely on a Fixed Term Contract basis for an initial tenure of 1 year, extendable up to a maximum period of 4 years; it does not confer any right to regular or permanent employment.
- Either party can terminate the contract by giving one month’s notice or contractual fee in lieu thereof.
- Candidates working in Government or Public Sector Undertakings must apply through proper channel or submit an NOC at the time of interview, or submit a relieving letter upon selection.
