- Annual Performance Assessment Reports (APARs): Complete APAR dossiers for the last five years up to 2025–26. If APARs for any period are not sent, specific reasons must be furnished.
- Integrity Certificate: Duly signed certificate from the Head of Department or Office certifying that the official has a good reputation for integrity and honesty after scrutinising personal files and service records.
- No Disciplinary Cases Certificate: Duly authenticated certificate confirming that the official is not under suspension, not facing criminal prosecution or sanction of prosecution, not subject to CBI or vigilance investigation, not proceeded against departmentally, and has no break in service.
- Non-Declining Promotion Certificate: Certificate based on official records and candidate declaration confirming that the official has not declined promotion so far.
- Community Certificate: Freshly issued community certificate for SC (Origin) category officials issued by the Competent Authority specifying origin/migrant status.
