About DJB
- The Delhi Jal Board came into existence under the aegis of the Urban Development Department, Govt. of NCT of Delhi, through a statutory legislation on 02.04.1998. As the notice describes it, the Board is responsible for treatment and distribution of water supply, regulation and management of exploitation of groundwater in consultation with CGWA, and collection, treatment and disposal of sewage within the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
