Mandatory Qualification
- Must have passed SSC examination.
- Must possess a valid Heavy Motor Cycle (HMV) Driving License.
Priority
- Priority will be given to candidates who worked in the Courts/Legal Services Authority earlier.
Health and Character
- The candidate must be of sound health and active habits, and free from any bodily defect or infirmity that would make him or her unfit for the service.
- The candidate's character and antecedents must be such as would not disqualify him or her for the service.
Who Cannot Apply
- Employees who were dismissed, removed, compulsorily retired or made to seek retirement are not eligible for re-employment.
- Candidates resorting to bring influence of any kind will be disqualified summarily.
Service Conditions
- The appointment is purely temporary and on wages basis.
- Service is liable to be terminated at any time without assigning any reasons and without any notice.
- Appointed candidates shall discharge their duties sincerely, courteously and honestly to the satisfaction of the Presiding Officers.

- Any other relevant certificates.
- A self addressed cover duly stamped with Rs.65/- for registered post with acknowledgment.
- One recent passport size photograph attested by a Gazetted Officer.
Reasons for Rejection and Other Instructions
- Applications with insufficient information will be summarily rejected.
- Applications without the necessary enclosures will be rejected.
- Applications received before the notification or after the closing time will not be entertained.
