Essential Experience
- Academic and/or industry experience of at least 03 years in the field of footwear assembly (Components / Lasting / Finishing).
- Academic experience, if any, should be of teaching in UG degree or higher academic courses.
Desirable Experience
- Candidates with experience in assembly (Components / Lasting / Finishing) in the footwear industry will be given preference.
- Candidates with experience working in assembly lines, bottom component, sole department or rubber room in a footwear industry will be given preference.

Pay and Terms
- The Junior Faculty receives a consolidated remuneration of ₹50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) per month.
Tenure
- Initial engagement is for a period of up to 06 months.
- The engagement may be extended, if required, for further periods of up to 06 months at a time through fresh engagement, subject to institutional requirements and approval of the competent authority.

Leave
- Two Casual Leaves per month.
- Unutilized Casual Leave may be carried forward within the current engagement period of six months.

FDDI Junior Faculty Job Description
- Perform duties and functions of the assigned role in accordance with institutional requirements and academic objectives.
- Assist the Head of Academics and/or Head of School in planning, coordination, implementation, monitoring and review of academic programmes and related activities.
- Liaise with faculty members, students and administrative departments for smooth conduct of academic programmes, examinations, workshops, seminars and institutional events.
- Undertake any additional responsibilities assigned by the Head of Academics, Head of School or competent authority from time to time.
- Adhere to all policies, rules, regulations and guidelines of FDDI as amended and notified from time to time.
