How to Attend HBCH&RC One Year Fellow Walk-in Interview
- Prepare your resume and gather all required educational, experience, and category certificates along with two recent passport-size photographs.
- Ensure you fulfill the eligibility criteria and carry both photocopies and original documents for verification at the venue.
- Persons working under Central/State Government, Autonomous Bodies, Semi-Government Organizations, or Public Sector Undertakings must obtain and bring permission from their Head of the Organization.
- Report directly to the venue between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM on 4 November 2026.
- Venue: Homi Bhabha Cancer Hospital & Research Centre, Plot No. 1, Medicity, New Chandigarh, SAS Nagar (Mohali) - Punjab - 140901.
Documents Required
- Resume and 2 recent passport size photographs.
- Date of Birth Proof: Birth Certificate / School leaving Certificate / SSC passing certificate.
- Educational Qualification: Mark Sheet and passing certificate for all examinations.
- Experience Certificate: Past employment experience certificate indicating the date of joining and relieving; current employment appointment letter and last pay slip.
- Copy of PAN Card and Aadhar Card.
- Caste Certificate: Valid Caste Certificate (Government of India format), Caste Validity Certificate for ST, Non-Creamy Layer Certificate for OBC candidates.
- Economically Weaker Section (EWS) certificate in valid format, if applicable.
- Physical Disability Certificate / PwD certificate (Autism, Intellectual Disability, Specific Learning Disability & Mental illness with disability i.e. SLD), if applicable.
HBCH&RC One Year Fellow Important Instructions
- Candidates must carry original documents for verification purposes at the time of the interview.
- The post is for a tenure of one year from the date of appointment.
- Persons working in government or public sector bodies must produce permission from their Head of Organization at the interview, failing which they will not be allowed to appear.

- Candidates appointed will be rotated in any Units of TMC as and when necessary based on organizational needs.
