- General Nursing & Midwifery plus Diploma in Oncology Nursing (OR) Basic or Post Basic B.Sc. (Nursing) or GNM.
- Candidates should be eligible to register with the Indian Nursing Council / State Nursing Council.
- General Nursing & Midwifery and Basic or Post Basic B.Sc. (Nursing) should be recognised by the Indian Nursing Council / State Nursing Council.
- Hepatitis vaccination must be completed.
