Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Degree in Electrical Engineering/ Electrical & Instrumentation/ Electrical & Electronics; CA; ICWA; MBA Finance
- Experience: At least 20 years of experience in transmission, distribution and trading of electricity or in accounts and finance in government department or commercial public undertaking.
- Age limit: Minimum 45 years and stipulated maximum age of 62 years (as on 1 August 2026)
Other conditions
- Appointed member shall not hold any other office of profit during tenure.
Pay and Terms of Engagement
- Appointed initially for a period of 03 years, extendable up to further two years on satisfactory service or till 65 years of age, whichever is earlier.
- Retired members get last pay drawn minus pension; members without pension get honorarium equal to last pay drawn. DA and HRA as per State Government orders.
