Visit the KEA PGCET 2026 Option Entry Portal.
Enter the CET number and application number as required.
Complete the OTP and other verification steps displayed on the portal.
Access the option entry facility.
Check the available colleges and courses against the provisional seat matrix.
Enter the preferred college and course options.
Arrange the options according to preference.
Save and submit the selected options.
Eligible candidates can access the KEA PGCET 2026 Centralised Allotment Process portal and submit their course and college preferences online.

The provisional matrix can change. Draft and provisional matrices are for reference, and KEA fixes the final one before allotment. Report any discrepancies within the objection window.
Re-do your option entry. Edit or re-enter your web options against the Round 2 seat matrix. Put the most preferred college and course first, and drop options that were taken in Round 1.
Decide how to treat your Round 1 seat. Confirm whether you want to keep it, upgrade or give it up, because the choice affects your Round 2 eligibility and any fee refund or forfeiture. Check the notice’s rules before you decide.
Keep dates and documents ready. Note the option-entry deadline, the mock and provisional allotment dates, and the fee payment and reporting dates. Keep your original certificates, such as rank card, category and Kannada/rural claims if any, and fee receipts, ready for verification.
