- The post involves carrying out underground drainage assistance work on a contract basis within the limits of Mangaluru City Corporation.
Enclosures
- Chalan obtained from the Corporation Accounts Branch showing remittance to the Corporation bank account (Canara Bank).
- Copies of SSLC / PUC or birth certificate / transfer certificate / voter ID / PAN card / driving licence or school transfer certificate showing date of birth.
- Labour Department Identity Card and Provident Fund (PF) documents in proof of service as Underground Drainage Assistant.
- Discharge certificate from military service for ex-servicemen candidates (if claiming reservation).
- Caste certificate in the prescribed format from the competent authority for Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, Category-1, Category-2A, Category-2B, Category-3A, and Category-3B candidates (if claiming reservation).
- Rural candidate study certificate in Form-1 and Form-2 (if claiming reservation).
- Kannada medium study certificate from 1st to 10th standard (if claiming reservation).
- Disability certificate issued by the District Medical Board under the specified 2005 government notification (if claiming reservation).
