- The National e-Governance Division has announced a total of 02 vacancies for the Business Analyst position under advertisement number N-21013/9/2024-NeGD.
Who Can Apply
- Educational Qualification: B.Tech / MBA / M.Tech with specialization in Information Systems, Business Analytics, or Computer Applications.
- Preferred Certifications: CBAP, CCBA, or equivalent business analysis credentials.
- Experience: 5–8 years in business analysis, requirement elicitation, and documentation, including at least 2–3 years working on AI/ML-based or digital transformation initiatives, 3–5 years in requirements gathering, process analysis, and stakeholder management. Experience engaging with government clients is preferred.
- Age Limit: The maximum age limit shall be 55 years on the closing date of receipt of application (25.10.2026).

NeGD Business Analyst Job Description
- Gather and document functional and business requirements from government departments and stakeholders.
- Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflow diagrams for AI/ML implementation.
- Support Solution Architect in mapping technical deliverables with user needs.
- Validate solution outputs and ensure usability, accessibility, and adherence to MeitY standards.
- Conduct stakeholder workshops and facilitate UAT sessions for AI solutions.
- Maintain documentation, change request logs, and requirement traceability matrices.
- Analyze citizen service data, identify process improvement opportunities, and propose AI integration use cases.
- Selected candidates for the Business Analyst (AI) position will be responsible for the following duties:

- The positions are purely temporary for the project of NeGD/DIC, and appointees shall not derive any right or claim for permanent appointment.
- NeGD reserves the right to terminate appointments with one month's notice or without notice by paying one month's salary in lieu thereof.
