THE HIGH COURT OF MEGHALAYA: SHILLONG NOTIFICATION Dated Shillong the 28th October, 2026 No.HCM.11/184/2015-Estt/Pt./1 94: In partial modification of Notification No. HCM 11/184/2015-Estt/Pt./191 dated 24.09.2026 and in view of administrative exigency & for better administration of justice, the Hon'ble Full Court, High Court of Meghalaya vide its Resolution dated 28th October, 2026, in exercise of powers under Rule 7 (C) (2) of the Rules of High Court of Meghalaya, 2013 (as amended up to date), is pleased to transfer and post the following Judicial Officers as under:- SI. No. 1 Name of the Judicial Officerl Shri Mithilesh Kumar Present Posting Transferred/ Posted as Posted as Special Judge NDPS-cum- Special Judicial OfFicer Land Acquisition Act and Judge MACT, West Jaintia Hills District.
