Who Can Apply
- Retirement Status: The retired officers of our banks/other banks are eligible for selection from the date of retirement.
- Cadre Requirement: The officers should have been in Scale III or above cadre during retirement. Previous work experience in the Credit Department will be given preference.
- Track Record: Only suitable persons with a good track record to suit the bank's requirement will be engaged on a contract basis. Officers with unblemished service alone are eligible to apply.
- Disqualification: Officers who were removed /dismissed from the bank's service under disciplinary measures are not eligible.
- Age Limit: Not more than 62 years.
- Candidates must meet the following eligibility conditions as specified in the official notification:
Pay and Tenure
- Selected candidates will receive a consolidated pay of ₹50,000/- per month for a contract period of 6 months. No other allowance or perquisites including bonus/ex-gratia/variable pay, LFC and medical reimbursement as admissible to the regular employees of the bank will be paid/given.
TMB Credit Trainer Job Description
- Deliver training programs on banking products, credit policies, and loan processes.
- Train employees on retail, MSME, housing, and personal loan underwriting procedures.
- Explain credit appraisal techniques, financial analysis, and risk assessment methods.
- Conduct sessions on documentation, compliance, KYC, and regulatory guidelines.
- Develop training materials, presentations, case studies, and assessment modules.
- Support new joiners during induction and onboarding programs.
- Monitor trainee performance through tests, assignments, and practical evaluations.
- Provide coaching on customer handling, sales quality, and portfolio management.
- Ensure employees understand bank policies related to NPA control and recovery practices.
- Coordinate with business teams and credit departments for process updates.
- Identify training needs and recommend skill development initiatives.
- Maintain training records, attendance, certifications, and MIS reports.
- Conduct refresher training programs whenever policy or product changes occur.
- Assist branches and field teams in improving credit quality and operational efficiency.
- Support audit readiness and adherence to internal credit standards.

How to Apply for TMB Credit Trainer
- Candidates are requested to log on to the Bank’s website (https://apps.tmbdigital.bank.in/tmb_careers/). Click “Apply Online” and register themselves for the appropriate post.
- Register with a valid personal email ID and mobile number to create a User ID.
- Note down the Unique Registration Number and Password sent to your mobile number and email for applying online.
- Click the activation link sent to the registered E-mail ID which will direct to the Careers portal.
- Login with the Application number (Registration Number/Username) and password on the right side of the career portal.
- Fill in all details in the online application at appropriate places very carefully, ensuring names match certificates exactly, and click “Save/ Continue”.
- Upload photograph with the dimension of 390 X 520 pixels (preferred) and ensure the size of the scanned image is not more than 120 KB.
- Upload signature with the dimension of 240 X 240 pixels (preferred) and ensure the size of the scanned image is not more than 60 KB (Signature in Capital letters shall NOT be accepted).
- Upload the following enclosures to be uploaded along with the e-application and ensure the size of the scanned image is not more than 250 KB: Self-attested photo copy of SSLC or Higher Secondary Mark Sheet/Transfer Certificate for age proof, Self-attested photo copy of Degree Certificate/s, Experience certificate/s and Relieving Letter for pervious employments, and Last Month Salary Slip.
- On successful submission of the Online Application form, click confirm/submit on bottom of the page and a message “Registration is successful” will be displayed. A copy of the system generated online application form will be sent to the registered Email ID and the Candidates should take a printout of the same for future reference.
