AACCC has prescribed two separate payments for PG counselling: a non-refundable registration fee and a refundable security deposit. The amount depends on the counselling type and the candidate's category.
For Government, Government-Aided, Central University and National Institute counselling, the non-refundable fee is Rs. 2,000 for UR/EWS/OBC-NCL candidates and Rs. 1,000 for SC/ST/PwBD candidates. The fee for Deemed University counselling is Rs. 5,000 for all categories. A separate security deposit is also payable.

- Candidates choosing both Government/Central/National Institute counselling and Deemed University counselling must pay the higher Deemed University fee applicable to their selection. The security deposit is refundable only under the conditions specified in the official counselling scheme. It may be forfeited for certain withdrawals, non-joining cases or violations of the counselling rules.
AIAPGET Counselling 2026 Eligibility Criteria
- Only candidates who have qualified AIAPGET 2026 and satisfy the applicable eligibility conditions can participate in AACCC PG counselling.
- Eligible candidates may seek admission to postgraduate MD/MS courses in Ayurveda, Siddha, Unani and Homoeopathy through the participating institutions and seat categories covered by AACCC.
- Admission eligibility is subject to the qualifying examination requirements, applicable professional regulations and the admission criteria of the participating universities and institutions.

AIAPGET Counselling 2026 Seat Categories
- 15% All India Quota PG seats in Government and Government-Aided AYUSH institutions.
- Eligible postgraduate seats in Central Universities and National Institutes.
- Postgraduate seats in participating Deemed Universities.
- Applicable All India Quota and institutional quota seats at Banaras Hindu University, subject to eligibility requirements.

- All India Quota PG seats in private AYUSH institutions are handled by the respective State or Union Territory counselling authorities rather than AACCC. Candidates seeking those seats should follow the relevant state counselling instructions.
AIAPGET Counselling 2026 Round 1 Choice Filling
- Round 1 choice filling started on 30 October 2026 and will continue until 3 November 2026 at 11:55 PM. The final choice locking window will remain available from 2:00 PM to 11:55 PM on 3 November.
