Application Fee
NTA has released the category-wise application fee structure for JEE Main 2027. The fee depends on the candidate's category, gender, examination centre location and selected paper combination.
The following fees apply to candidates appearing in any one paper: Paper 1 (B.E./B.Tech), Paper 2A (B.Arch) or Paper 2B (B.Planning).
Candidates selecting a permitted combination of two or three papers must pay the following examination fees.
Applicable payment gateway processing charges and GST are additional. Candidates submitting their application during the late registration period must pay an extra ₹500, irrespective of category.
For one paper at examination centres in India, the fee ranges from ₹500 to ₹1,000 depending on category and gender. Candidates choosing multiple papers must pay the applicable higher fee.
Age Limit
- There is no age limit for appearing in JEE Main 2027. However, candidates must satisfy the applicable age and admission eligibility requirements of the institutions where they seek admission.

JEE Main 2027 Session 1 and Session 2 Registration
