BC Non-Creamy Layer Certificate: Must be issued on or after April 1, 2026; outdated certificates lead to auto-shifting to Open Category.
Local vs Non-Local Quota: Local status (85% AU/SVU region reservation) is verified against 7-year continuous study certificates; non-local candidates (15% unreserved quota) must submit valid residence certificates.
Special Category Candidates (PH/CAP/NCC/Sports): Must carry the original verification acknowledgment slip issued during physical verification at the Help Line Centre held on September 9, 2026.
Pending Final Semester Results: Candidates awaiting final degree marks memos must submit a certified web-marks statement and sign a 15-day provisional undertaking.
