Terms of contractual engagement
- The contractual appointment will be on a full-time basis. The candidate will not be permitted to take up any other commercial assignment during the period of engagement.
- The engagement may be terminated by the Competent Authority at any time without assigning any reason by giving 30 days' notice. A consultant/contractual staff member who wishes to resign may do so by giving 30 days' advance notice or remuneration in lieu thereof.
- Engagement will be governed by the rules, regulations, terms and conditions of the Institute as currently in force or as may be framed, amended, altered or extended from time to time by the DEPwD/Institute/NBER-RCI.
- Paid leave, wherever admissible, may be granted as per the provisions of the relevant scheme, NBER guidelines and the applicable rules/policy of the concerned Institute/CRC.
- The term of appointment shall ordinarily be for an initial period not exceeding 3 years, extendable up to a maximum of 5 years. How to Apply for AYJNISHD Recruitment 2026
